Food is awesome Service was great. Ambiance the table was crowded with the other tables on the patio.

Service was great! The food was so delicious! We ordered the chips and molcajete salsa, chicharrone w chili lime, various tacos which all (we each tried different and they were all so delicious). The drinks! The Honeydew Margarita either mezcal was a little strong but good. The star of the drinks would be the amazing Horchata. We were surprised at how much we all like it and will be back again soon!

Everything went great! I came here with my family (and dog), and our server Sarah was amazing, giving us great suggestions like the Filet Mignon and new Vegetable Mole tacos. Food came out quickly and all our dishes tasted great, with the right amount of spice. Definitely one of the best Puesto locations we've been to, all thanks to Sarah :)

what a fun dining experience. we came here on the foodie footsteps tour. We were seated on the outdoor sidewalk patio. We had a house margarita which is super refreshing after a brisk seaside walk. We were able to try the chips and salsa as well as the chicken al pastor taco. The taco is served on a blue corn tortilla with a pina salsa and avocado. The chicken was smokey and hearty. It's not shredded but a tender size piece. great flavors of citrus with smokey and roasted flavors. Great experience

A definite Must Try spot when in La Jolla! We sat out on the patio because the San Diego weather was spectacular! And the vibe was bustin! We ordered Cadillac Margs to start and they were AMAZING! Apps- Potato Taquitos are crispy, tasty and a definite recommend! The Local Ceviche Verde was just as good, maybe better! Our server Katiana was a little slow to warm up to us but, well she couldn't resist our Vegas Party People fun attitude and got on board! We then ordered Tacos and they were each an adventure in Coastal Mexican flavors! Each one had its own unique personality and we really enjoyed them all! We dined casually and watched people stroll by as we had to enjoy another round of Margaritas because well they were so good, and we were on a vacation! We come to La Jolla often but this was our first visit at what is now our favorite spot and will be a regular on our list!

Cucumber margaritas were delicious. We loved the chips and salsa and guacamole and ordered too many tacos after sharing a wedge salad. The salad was a tiny slice of lettuce with a lot of cabbage and blue cheese dressing. If you don't like cabbage, this is not for you. We ate the shrimp tacos, which were really good, but wasted the chicken al pastor tacos. We were too full. I forgot to take photos until most of the food and drinks were gone, but here's a few. The service was good, if a little slow due to it being busy. The décor and seating was nice. We object to the 4% fair wage and health care surcharge. That's a cost of doing business. Pass the charges through the menu and stop whining about paying your employees such a pittance in wages and healthcare.

Can never go wrong with dinner at puesto!!! Absolutely loved my most recent dinner with them. I went to puesto to have a small causal birthday dinner with my friends and puesto went above and beyond to make it incredibly special. The food per usual is amazing! We all got tacos for their Tuesday Taco deals. I would recommend getting the Quesabirria and Al Pastor tacos. Also please order the horchata. It literally rice pudding in liquid form soooo darn good. The manager personally came to our table to wish me a happy birthday and gave me a birthday card with a free taco voucher and a card signed by their entire crew! So sweet! And just when I thought it couldn't get better they came by and gave me a dessert to finish the dinner. Loved it all! Thank you Puesto!!!
